In 2011 I started to gain weight. By 2013 I was up maybe 30-40lbs. I did my last diet in 2013, gained weight while trying to lose from muscle and called it quits. In 2015 I decided to never diet again and I changed my lifestyle for good. I’m now 2yrs into my new lifestyle and I haven’t had any weight gain issues, not even on vacation.
I wrote Homebody because my body transformed (for good and bad) in my house. I wanted to continue inspiring others the way I was inspired. I hope my book can give you extra confidence on your journey. I give you every thing I did down to workout schedules, favorite meals and exercises that worked for me.
